Tampa Honda, an Automotive News Best Dealerships to Work For in 2024 and 2023, is searching for a talented Business Development Center Representative who can help our service team achieve their targeted goals! If you have a knack for sales and customer service and want to increase your earning potential while improving your quality of life, this is a terrific opportunity!
As a BDC Representative, you will respond to and communicate with our current service customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, sales-minded, and customer-focused. You must be able to handle heavy call volume and possess the ability to assist customers while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential.
Dealership experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to speak English and Spanish is a Plus!
What will you be doing?
- Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.
- Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions
- Set appointments for service department
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Introduce customers to service team members
- Enter customer information into CRM
Who are we looking for?
- Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
- Experience in customer service, call center or retail sales
- Dealership experience, a plus
- Ability to handle heavy phone volume
- Persuasive- knack for sales and customer service
- Strong communication skills –verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
