Job Title: Dock Checker / Loader (Day Shift shift)
Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Forklift Certification
Must have “two” years warehouse experience as a dock checker/ loader.
Requirements:
· Proficiency in basic math.
· Good communication skills.
· Physically able to handle product up to 75 lbs repeatedly for up to 8 hours a day from low levels.
· Ability to operate a forklift.
· Must be able to read, write legibly and understand the English language.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Check all incoming and out going products, verifying counts and descriptions for accuracy.
· Prepare all appropriate paperwork for receipt of in bound products.
· Assist shipping & receiving supervisor in directing forklift/warehouse personnel.
· Participate in physical inventories.
· Maintain proper housekeeping in shipping dock area.
· All other duties assigned by management.
