Under the direction of the Camp Sr. Program Director, the Camp Office Assistant will be responsible for office administrative tasks and for Summer Camp, Afterschool, Aquatics and sports. This position will be responsible for managing the registration system for camp, afterschool, programs, and assisting other departments as needed. Assist the Camp Director with all internal and external communications. Creates a welcoming environment for all who visit Camp Cristina and will demonstrate the core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads and is responsible for front desk reception area greeting visitors
- Provides quality customer service and engagement to all members, participants, and guests via all modes of communication (in-person, online, phone).
- Coordinates incoming and outgoing mail and communications (including phones)
- Manages the registration system for camp, afterschool, sports and aquatics, monitors the online aspects of the system, and communicates with members and participants in partnership with directors
- Assists families with online processes, provides paper format for registration, and other supports when necessary
- Maintains processes and records to meet regulatory and quality standards
- Manages accounts payable and receivable, maintaining records and communications for the Camp Director
- Accept deliveries from various vendors and distribute accordingly
- Assist various departments on projects as needed
- Assist in all areas, project teams, job tasks as assigned
- Attend all, trainings, meetings, and presentations as assigned
