POSITION OVERVIEW
- This is a full-time, in person, immediate hire role
- This position will require commuting to our office in Tampa
- We offer training to all new associates and continued opportunities for professional development
- Once training is completed we offer uncapped commission based off personal performance, the range listed is the average weekly pay for our full-time associates
The foundation of our team is our dedication to providing our clients with superior service found nowhere else. Our Customer Service team is the heart of our company, and to provide them with the support needed, we are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in the Albuquerque area immediately.
The Customer Service Representative is expected to oversee and facilitate brand development initiatives for our clients in the local areas. This includes customer interactions, answering any questions regarding our clients, executing revenue generation strategies, tracking results, and other duties as assigned.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Participate in hands-on training opportunities to master the skills and knowledge needed to oversee or assist with a client campaign
- Interact directly with our clients target market with the goal of increasing brand awareness
- Engage with our clients target market during promotional style outreach campaigns aimed at increasing revenue and exposure
- Maintain a positive brand image for both our clients and company
- Adhere to all of our company and client standards and expectations
- Become knowledgeable on our clients initiatives, success stories and future endeavors
- Track results, report findings and any suggestions for improvement
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent is preferred but not required
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality or retail
- Goal-oriented and motivated to problem solve any challenge that arises
- A strong understanding of working in a team environment and adapting as needed in order to meet a common goal
- A desire to continue expanding your professional skills and knowledge
