Veterinary Guest Service Representative
REPORTS TO: Team Manager or Guest Service Lead
Tampa Veterinary Hospital is Tampa’s oldest veterinary hospital and has a proud history of providing our patients and our guests with the highest quality care and service since 1925. We are seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our guest-focused team.

The Guest Service Representative is responsible for creating positive first impressions for our guests either on the phone or when entering our hospital. This first impression shall represent the professional image of our practice to all our guests.
Required skills and background include, but are not limited to:
· Customer service experience in a fast-paced, busy environment
· Impeccable attention to detail
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Concise communication skills
· A pleasant phone manner
· Ability to multi-task
· Typing skills of 30 wpm
· Understanding of basic computer programs such as Microsoft office
· Basic math skills
· Have a genuine love for animals of all species
· Maintain a neat and orderly workspace
· Ability to work within a team
· Experience within a veterinary environment is highly preferred
Physical Requirements:
- This role will require the ability to lift and or carry records, products or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds; requires sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
- Persons may be exposed to unpleasant odors, loud noises and bodily fluids from pets as well as bites, scratches or infectious disease.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
