At Tancell Care, we provide compassionate support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities in Southern and Northern Nevada. We are now hiring for caring and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in our Reno location who will work with individuals at our new Jobs and Day Training facility. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference while developing essential skills in a rewarding field.

Work Schedules: (Part-Time 10-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break)
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (30 hours/week)
- Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (20 hours/week)

- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities by implementing personalized support plans
- Teach essential skills like job readiness, social skills, and community engagement
- Create a safe and inclusive environment while ensuring cleanliness and following safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and service coordinators to ensure each individual’s needs are met
- Complete documentation, including incident reports, and assist with goal-setting assessments
