As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our team as we work together to make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
We are presently hiring a Part-Time HR Generalist (20 hours), with flexible schedule, who will be involved in employee relations, benefits management, worker’s compensation, leave of absence, performance management, HRIS entry and reporting, garnishments and other functions as assigned.

What You’ll Do:
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the timely enrollment of employees in health, welfare benefits, and 401K, and reconcile benefits statements.
- Employee Support: Be the go-to for employees when they have questions about benefit coverage, deductibles, and more.
- Leave Management: Process various leave types, including FMLA, Non-FMLA, and personal leave.
- Worker’s Compensation: Handle Worker’s Compensation cases and coordinate services with third-party administrators.
- Employee Relations: Facilitate investigations and ensure the team feels heard and supported during employee relations matters.
- Performance Management: Play a key role in the performance management process, helping employees thrive and grow within the company.
- HRIS & Reporting: Manage HRIS entries, process garnishments, and generate reports that inform decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to HR initiatives and recommend new policies, processes, and improvements to boost team efficiency.
- Compliance & Communication: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations while keeping the team informed through memos, newsletters, and orientation sessions.

You will work at our Admin Office in Las Vegas
