We are presently hiring for a Full-Time detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for supporting the Company’s marketing and development efforts. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. This position reports to the Chief Development Officer.

When: Monday to Friday; 9:00 am-5:30 pm

What does a day look like in the life of a Marketing Assistant?
The Marketing Assistant will support the Company’s marketing and development plans and strategies are carried out successfully with a focus on quality and effectiveness.
Specifically, you will…
- Assist in planning and managing all logistical aspects of company events, including venue booking, vendor coordination, budget management, program timelines etc. as needed.
- Assist in building, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective clients, sponsors, partners, media outlets, and vendors.
- Coordinate and assist various operational tasks and administrative duties as needed, to include maintaining communications via email, phone, and messages, correcting paperwork, maintaining schedules and appointments etc.
- Support marketing and promotional efforts by collecting and distributing collateral
- Maintain Client Relationship and KPI Tracking Logs.
- Prepare pre- and post- event reports to present and evaluate opportunity and effectiveness
- Contribute to the development of plans, strategies, and marketing content, including some copywriting and design.
- Perform market research to assist in department’s strategy development
- Assist in capturing photo and video content as needed.
