Bilingual Clinic Manager / Clinical Research Coordinator (Spanish/English)
Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) healthcare professional to serve as our Clinic Manager / Clinical Research Coordinator. This hybrid role is responsible for overseeing clinic operations and staff while also actively coordinating and conducting clinical research studies and patient visits. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, fluency in both English and Spanish, and hands-on clinical experience to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and successful execution of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Management
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high standards of care.
- Lead, train, and manage clinic and research staff, including performance feedback and development.
- Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders (sponsors, CROs, investigators).
- Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Select, retain, and support top talent to promote a positive and productive clinic environment.
- Participate in community outreach or promotional events as needed.
Clinical Research Coordination
- Manage the execution of clinical trials from start-up through close-out.
- Participate in study-related meetings (e.g., investigator meetings, site initiation visits).
- Conduct informed consent discussions and study-related patient visits.
- Screen and enroll participants in collaboration with the recruitment team.
- Monitor and assess study subjects in accordance with protocol requirements.
- Document and report adverse events; ensure patient safety and compliance.
- Maintain complete and accurate study records (source documents, CRFs, drug logs).
- Dispense investigational products, calculate dosages, and provide patient instructions.
- Perform blood draws and process biological specimens as required by the protocol.
- Ensure data integrity by completing CRFs and resolving data queries promptly.
- Identify and report protocol deviations to the PI, sponsor, and IRB.

Qualifications
- Required: Bilingual (Spanish/English) with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field required.
- Preferred: LPN, RN, or other relevant clinical certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research or clinic operations required.
- Phlebotomy experience required.
- Prior supervisory or management experience in a healthcare or research setting preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
