The production assistant’s job is to fulfill wholesale and webstore orders in an efficient and elegant way.
The production assistant will achieve success by doing the following :

The production assistant’s job is to fulfill wholesale and webstore orders in an efficient and elegant way.
The production assistant will achieve success by doing the following :
- Prepare all the coffee labels and bags for the day’s orders
- Bag and package the day’s coffee orders
- Gather and package the day’s merchandise orders
- Make instant coffee boxes as needed
- Prepare, fill and label shipping boxes for the daily orders
- Maintain and clean packaging equipment on a daily basis
- Restock production materials as needed
- Prepare, fill and label shipping boxes for monthly subscription orders
- Maintain a clean, well-organized and well-stocked work space
- Alert the production manager when low on any production related materials
- Fetch and deliver canned iced coffee as needed
- Be knowledgeable about Tandem’s current offerings and coffee in general
- Must enjoy working in a team
- Must have the ability to maintain positive attitude when faced with a mountain of orders
- Ability to work with speed and efficiency with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for coffee and customer service
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to focus on tasks in a hectic environment
- Must be able to work near green coffee, nuts, and soy
- Ability to handle 154 lbs and lift 50 pounds
