The Role: Appointment Setter/Sales Development Representative (SDR)

- Required materials:a computer, access to reliable and consistent internet, headphones w a microphone, and acell phone as needed to make outbound calls through our VoIP app
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and connect with prospects
- High energy, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
- Experience with online CRM systems is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
- KPI-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Self-motivated and excited to take on challenges and grow with the team
- Day-time availabilty
- Competitive base pay of$15–$20 per hour, based on experience
- Uncapped commission opportunitiesto earn:
- An additional$10k annuallyif you’re good
- An additional$15k–$25k annuallyif you’re great!
