About the role
We are looking for a Founding Designer to establish our Design function and be a strategic partner across the business, reporting directly to our CEO. You will guide how Tandem is built for, experienced by, and communicated to our broad range of stakeholders, ensuring we are optimizing for growth and impact. While product will be your primary focus, this role requires comfort overseeing the development of our brand and presence online and in the real world. You will own all aspects of design and be responsible for the scope and timelines of both internal projects and external support.
Tandem's brand and product design needs are a unique combination of challenges-we are building for a wide variety of users, from patients with Alzheimer's to leaders at companies like Pfizer, aiming to create consumer-grade experiences in an esoteric space.
