We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Scheduler to join our team at Tandy Therapy LLC!
Description
As a Front Desk member at Tandy Therapy, you will be the first point of contact for our families and visitors. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our therapy center. This is a part-time position located in Post Falls and Rathdrum, ID with a base rate of $16 per hour and full benefits, plus a high BONUSING potential of up to $7,320 per year!
Hours:
9am-6pm in Rathdrum on Tuesdays.
2pm-6pm in Post Falls on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
The needed hours/week are rapidly growing! We are looking for someone who is open to increasing hours in the near future, as we open more clinic days in Rathdrum.
General Responsibilities May Include:
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Answer phone calls, emails, chats and scheduling appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Collect payments
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using Google Drive is a must
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Previous experience with Raintree is preferred
- Previous experience in a front desk role is preferred
