We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Tech team in one of our expanding offices. You'll take on pre-existing accounts, giving you a solid starting point while offering plenty of room for growth. A day in the life:
- Develop your own line of business within the industry by fostering new client relationships and maintaining customer accounts
- Target new business opportunities by pipelining and prospecting daily
- Attend client visits to develop a comprehensive understanding of a company's culture to ensure the most qualified candidates for their jobs
- Intake job order details from clients to learn about their preferences and qualifications and inform them of their responsibilities
- Draft detailed job descriptions in database with attention to proper grammar, search optimization, and job marketing
- Communicate in real-time new job openings and closings, credentialing requirements, and status of submittals to staffing team
- Follow up on resume submissions to determine the status of the candidate moving forward in the interview process
- Operate as a market consultant for clients and provide updated findings and observations throughout the recruitment process
- Respond promptly to resolve credentialing matters, staffing emergencies and client/candidate concerns as needed
About you:
- 3 years of sales experience in the staffing industry in the tech space
- Personable and enthusiastic with an aptitude for building relationships
- Strategic thinker, ability to execute and produce results against tight deadlines
- Strong motivation for personal growth and success
- Ambitious with a record of determination, effort, and achievement
- Bachelor's Degree required

Salary : $75,000 - $120,000
