We are seeking a dynamic Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to provide strategic and operational leadership for a center dedicated to providing exceptional care for young adults with chronic medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead efforts to develop and implement an interdisciplinary care model that offers comprehensive, person-centered care and education for young adults with chronic medical needs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring the successful execution of plans and monitoring key success metrics.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care by maintaining the highest nursing standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
- Partner with the Administrator and Chief Medical Officer to design innovative care programs, clinical pathways, and efficient staffing models tailored to the unique needs of this patient population.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and transparency, with a focus on continuous improvement in clinical care delivery.
