A health services network in Western NY is currently seeking licensed professional to join their growing team in Chautauqua County as their new Clinical Supervisor.
About the Opportunity:
- Start: Date: ASAP
- Hours: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7am to 3pm (35 hours per week)
- Patient Volume: 15 to 20
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program.
- Provide clinical supervision and quality assurance for unlicensed and licensed clinicians.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, supervision, and billing requirements.
- Perform case record reviews and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure clinicians adhere to documentation standards and quality assurance practices.
- Oversee and assist with caseload management and billing hours.
- Collaborate with various staff and departments to ensure regulatory compliance and program growth.
- Provide education, training, and feedback to staff to improve service delivery.
Licensing/Certifications:
- Certified Advanced CASAC (CASAC-A)
- Certified Master CASAC (CASAC-M)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - preferred
- Licensed Mental Health Practitioners (LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, Psychoanalyst)
- Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)
Education:
- CASAC-A: Bachelor's degree
- CASAC-M, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, Psychoanalyst, CRC: Master's degree
Experience:
- 3 years of clinical work in substance use disorder field
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
