A New Jersey-based services organization is currently seeking a new Compensation Analyst for an opportunity with their growing staff.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Payfactors (job descriptions and market pricing database)
- Benchmarking of compensation
- Creating / running reports from HRIS database and market pricing database
- Writing, updating, and reviewing job descriptions
- Handling pay equity compliance
- Developing compensation policies and practices
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Compensation experience
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience evaluating jobs
