A New Jersey-based services organization is currently seeking a new Compensation Analyst for an opportunity with their growing staff.

*** Please note this is a hybrid role asking the hired person to report primarily onsite.***

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Payfactors (job descriptions and market pricing database)
  • Benchmarking of compensation
  • Creating / running reports from HRIS database and market pricing database
  • Writing, updating, and reviewing job descriptions
  • Handling pay equity compliance
  • Developing compensation policies and practices

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Compensation experience
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience evaluating jobs
