Tandym Group is seeking a detail-oriented Project Support Coordinator to support our operations team. In this role, you will assist with the initiation, completion, management, and archiving of legal and financial documents for clinical programs.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of related work experience and an Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
You will oversee the monthly invoicing process, review accruals with the team, and ensure contracts/work orders/amendments are created and approved in a timely manner. You will also participate in the assessment, selection, and evaluation of vendors and perform other duties as needed.
