A tech services company in Englewood, CO has a great opportunity awaiting an experienced Data Center Technician with 8 years of experience. The resource will be responsible for installation and maintenance and for acting as a Point of Contact for clients' support / troubleshooting.
Please note : this role is fully onsite, 5 days per week in their Englewood, CO Data Center location
Responsibilities :
The Data Center Technician will be responsible for :
Installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware components such as servers, switches, and routers
Performing routine maintenance and repairs on data center equipment
Monitoring the performance and health of data center equipment using various tools and software
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and network issues to minimize downtime
Managing and configuring network connections to ensure efficient data flow
Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications :
8 years of Tech experience
Proven skills in Networking, including : Cisco Network with ACI, Palo Firewalls or similar technologies
Experience with Compute - Cisco UCS Servers or equivalent server blade systems
Storage background (Netapp and / or Pure Arrays)
Experience with Data Protection (Rubrik)
Strong background in Physical Hardware maintenance and installation.
