What are the responsibilities and job description for the Decision Support Analyst position at Tandym Group?
An insurance company in midtown Manhattan is looking to hire a Decision Support Analyst to assist with financial and operational analysis. This is a hybrid role looking for 1-2 years of previous experience.
The Decision Support Analyst will :
- Handle ongoing preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Provide key monthly membership and enrollment fee volumes in a timely manner, to support month end close
- Be responsible for development of ongoing reports to support new corporate initiatives, ensuring standardization of criteria across all facilities, efficiency of report design, and complete documentation of process, to facilitate routine updates
- Assist with data integrity analyses to ensure accuracy of data within the decision support data warehouse, by auditing results to source system
- Provide ad hoc reporting, as requested
