A recognized federally qualified health center (FQHC) with multiple sites throughout the NYC boroughs is actively seeking a compassionate and patient-oriented Psychiatrist to act as their Director of Psychiatry. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Physician to advance their career in a 100 percent outpatient facility.
Responsibilities:
The Director of Psychiatry will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical diagnostic assessments and medication management
- Working closely with the VP of Behavioral Health
- Crisis intervention
- Providing consultation to medical providers
- Participating in clinical team meetings
- Providing in-service trainings
Qualifications:
- M.D. / D.O.
- Board Certified
- Licensed in New York
