The Nurse Manager will be responsible for:
" Supervising and supporting nursing staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
" Managing staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care.
" Overseeing patient triage and care processes to ensure timely and effective treatment.
" Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
" Other duties, as needed
Qualifications
" RN, NYS license
" Strong emergency department experience
