Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, coordinate client proposals and contracts with firm management.
- Coordinate drawing and document deliverables, plan and coordinate staff meetings and team events.
- Manage travel arrangements, calendar(s), mail, packages, supply inventory and maintain office organization and cleanliness.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of related work experience, a High School Diploma/GED, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and Adobe Creative Suite.
