A leading financial institution is currently seeking an IT Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on identity management, user provisioning, and application provisioning, with opportunities to work on automation, RBAC, and security access solutions.
About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Preferred hybrid candidates in Vienna, VA, or Pensacola, FL.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 4:30pm (EST)
Responsibilities:
- Managing identity and access management processes, including user provisioning and application provisioning
- Utilizing IGA systems (e.g., Saviynt IGA, SailPoint) to streamline identity management
- Collaborating with teams to analyze and enhance workflows for improved efficiency
- Providing direct customer support to personnel at all levels, including mid-level and executive leadership
- Reviewing and optimizing security and access-related business processes
Qualifications:
- Experience in identity management, user provisioning, and application provisioning
- Hands-on experience with an IGA system (e.g., Saviynt IGA, SailPoint)
- Strong customer service skills with experience interacting with personnel at various levels
- Excellent analytical and research skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Strong automation skills (e.g., PowerShell scripting, PEGA)
- Mainframe/RACF and DB2 experience
- Active Directory/LDS or similar LDAP experience
- Experience with Remote Access Management (e.g., RSA SecurID, VPN, Citrix)
- Experience with data reporting and metric tools (e.g., MS Power BI)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar request ticketing systems
