Job Description
A patient-oriented and compassionate Primary Care Physician is sought to join a growing healthcare system in Hartford County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine patients, obtain medical history, and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Collaborate with management, other physicians, and staff on care delivery improvements.
- Work with the care team to close care gaps and improve quality measures.
- E nsure compliance with billing and coding requirements.
Practice Details:
- 100% outpatient Internal Medicine or Family Medicine practice.
- Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-4:30pm.
- Rotated telephone call duties less than once a month.
