A health services network in Vermont is currently seeking a licensed Physician to join their Primary Care team at one of their nursing homes in Barre.

About the Opportunity:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8am to 5pm
  • EMR: PointClickCare & EPIC
  • Setting: Nursing Home
  • Patient Volume: 8 to 12 patients per day

Responsibilities:

The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for providing high quality care to elderly patients in a nursing home setting.

Qualifications:

  • Board Eligible / Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and/or Geriatrics

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in a Nursing Home and/or similar setting

Salary : $155 - $165
