A Massachusetts-based healthcare network is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new, licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to their team.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (flexible)
- Hours: 8am to 5pm (flexible)
Responsibilities:
- Provide and direct resident/resident rehabilitation care
- Evaluate residents/resident needs and establishes effective and efficient treatment plans for the resident/residents assigned
- Manage and coordinate the supervision of treatment plans with all staff and other disciplines as indicated
- Participate in the screening of all residents according to directed schedules and practices
- Provide feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issues
- Perform necessary clinical documentation to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements
- Maintain complete, accurate and timely billing records to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current, active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Desired Skills:
- Experience/knowledge in an Older Adult Rehabilitation setting
- Knowledge in Governmental and Regulatory guidelines
