Primary Care Opportunity - Bronx, NY

This role offers an incredible opportunity for a compassionate Primary Care Provider (APP) to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth at a secure juvenile detention center in the Bronx.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: 3-12 Hour Shifts
- Hours: 7 AM - 7 PM
- Setting: Outpatient/Juvenile Detention Center Health Clinic
- Position Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive medical care to male patients (up to 18 years old) in a juvenile detention center.
- Perform thorough patient histories and diagnostic assessments to meet their healthcare needs.
- Provide well-care exams, including physicals, to ensure a high standard of preventive care.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Active NYS PA or FNP license.
- Passion for working with underserved or at-risk populations.
