A manufacturing company in Massachusetts is currently seeking a new Project Manager to join their IT Finance Team and help with their EPM and PPM programs. In this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects and initiatives, including helping with calendar activities and creating Agile & Waterfall phases / calendar activities.
Responsibilities :
- Produce project documentation, including project plans, functional, business & technical requirements, and testing documents for non-Agile initiatives, as needed
- Organize and lead workshops and business requirement gathering sessions
- Engage with business stakeholders and understand business priorities
- Facilitate daily cross-functional Agile meetings
- Lead and participate in sprint planning, sprint demo and iteration meetings
- Support testing schedule (regression, system and UAT)
- Perform other duties, as needed
