About the opportunity :
12 hour shifts, 8am to 8pm, includes rotating weekend coverage
Walk-in clinic (no appointments)
1 MD, 1 NP, RNs, LPNs & MAs on staff Responsibilities :
Provides operational responsibility for the routine business and clinical functions through administrative and clinical staff including front desk, medical records, clinical, and ancillary services to ensure maximum utilization of resources and the efficient delivery of services.
Supervises staff including the management of all administrative and clinical activities. Qualifications :
RN with BSN degree required
Leadership experience (minimum at the Charge level)
Operational knowledge
Clinical skills and ability
