A recognized healthcare network in New York is looking to add a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in Rockland County as their new Home Care Field Nurse.
Responsibilities :
The Home Care Field Nurse (RN) will :
Provide, arrange for, teach, or supervise nursing care to sick and injured of all ages
Carry out nursing skills contributing to treatment and rehabilitation
Plan for coordinated home health service for individuals and families
Appraise individual and family health needs and hazards, existing or potential
Provide health counseling including emotional support to individuals, families, and groups
Consult with and refers families to appropriate personnel within the agency or to other community services
Perform treatments and, when required, diagnostic and preventive procedures are carried out under medical direction Qualifications :
1 year of previous Home Care experience
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
