A recognized healthcare network in New York is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their facility in the Hudson Valley as a Nurse Supervisor.
About the Opportunity :
Start Date : ASAP
Assignment Length : 3 to 6 months (Contract to Hire)
Schedule : Monday to Friday
Hours : 7am to 3 : 30pm (20 to 40 hrs per week)
Setting : Skilled nursing facility
Patient Population : Geriatric Responsibilities :
The Nurse Supervisor (RN) will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with :
Making assessments
Handling admissions
Oversight of orders, labs, x-rays by medical providers
Assisting with incident reports
Participating in weekly wound rounds
Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications :
1 year of Nursing experience
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license Desired Skills :
2 years of experience in a Supervisory role
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
