Responsibilities :
- Lead the Revenue Integrity Department to ensure efficient, compliant management of the Revenue Cycle
- Oversee all aspects of the Revenue Integrity team's operations, including data analytics, reporting, communication with internal departments and external stakeholders, and the ongoing development and enhancement of the program
- Collaborate with the team to create impactful metrics and key performance indicators that support departments in making informed strategic decisions and driving performance improvements
