A health services network in Vermont is currently seeking a licensed Physician to join their Primary Care team at one of their nursing homes in Barre.

About the Opportunity :

  • Start Date : ASAP
  • Assignment Length : Ongoing (Contract to Hire)
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday
  • Hours : 8am to 5pm
  • EMR : PointClickCare & EPIC
  • Setting : Nursing Home
  • Patient Volume : 8 to 12 patients per day

Responsibilities :

The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for providing high quality care to elderly patients in a nursing home setting.

Qualifications :

  • Board Eligible / Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and / or Geriatrics

    • Desired Skills :

  • Experience in a Nursing Home and / or similar setting
