Responsibilities
TheVice Presidentwill :
Advise and execute tax insurance solutions for clients
Collaborate with colleagues, other M&A advisors, clients, and underwriters on a transaction
Use tax experience in a business manner by contributing ideas about strategy and process to continue growingtax insurance business
Ability to interact with senior tax and non-tax professionals, including senior management / executives of clients
Use technical tax experience to understand tax risks and develop solutions
Educate existing clients and others about tax insurance Qualifications
3-8 years of tax experience at Big Law, Big 4, and / or in-house
Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
Ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized
Strong interpersonal skills Desired skills
Experience with renewable energy tax credits
