Responsibilities:
- Address system-related queries from customers.
- Act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders and IT partners.
- Work with business units and multiple dealerships to understand system issues and provide user support.
- Ensure smooth operation by identifying and resolving problems, often working closely with end-users to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- Form close partnerships with IT stakeholders to communicate system issues and bring them to resolution.
- Drive value during the development lifecycle by capturing system issues, conducting/participating in UAT testing, and supporting monthly releases and weekly hot fixes following Agile methodology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; Management Information Systems preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer support experience within the software product industry with a proven track record of results.
- Advanced knowledge of automotive and vehicle remarketing preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment requiring a high degree of productivity, adaptability, innovation, and follow-through.
- Passionate about continuous and iterative improvements, driving superior customer service, and a strong sense of urgency in resolving issues.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of leadership.
- Maintains high levels of motivation, performance, and personal integrity aligned with corporate values.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and programs simultaneously in a deadline-driven business environment.
