Systems Analyst - HRIS

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and optimize the UKG Pro platform to support HR and payroll processes
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure the system meets business requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UKG Pro
  • Stay updated with the latest UKG Pro features and best practices
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards within UKG Pro, as needed
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards
  • Provide training and support to end-users on UKG Pro functionalities and reporting tools
  • Document system processes and procedures

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on UKG Pro
  • Strong proficiency in UKG Pro functionalities and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Desired Skills :

  • Certification in UKG Pro
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of HR processes and systems
  • Project Management experience
