CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company which provides occupational medical services nationwide, is seeking a detail-oriented Drug Screen Collector. The Drug Screen Technician and BAT collects urine, saliva, hair, blood, & other specimen samples for drug and alcohol testing per Department of Transportation Urine Specimen Guidelines, 49 CFR, Part 40. We provide training and certification.
This is a PRN position.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Collects samples following Custody and Control Form(CCF) instructions and DOT Specimen Collection guidelines
- Calibrates and Operates Equipment
- Drug Screen Collections (on the job trained and certified)
- Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT – on the job trained and certified)
- Administrative and Clerical Duties
Qualifications and Skills
- Healthcare experience (CNA, MA) preferred
- High School Graduate or GED required
- Current CPR card preferred
- Must have clean DMV record and active Driver’s License
- High School grammar and writing skills or equivalent
- High School mathematics of equivalent
- Computer Skills (basic)
- Typing ability 35 WPM
- 10 Key by touch
Pay Rate: $21 - 24 / hour
