Key Responsibilities:

• Health Assessments & Screenings: Conduct thorough health assessments and screening tests for employees, ensuring timely and accurate results.
• Health Surveillance: Provide ongoing health surveillance services, maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Record Maintenance: Accurately document and maintain detailed health records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to professional standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers and management to foster a safe and healthy work environment.
• Training & Education: Actively participate in health and safety training programs, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in workplace health.

Qualifications:

• Certification as an Occupational Health Technician or equivalent healthcare certification.
• Solid understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proven experience in conducting health assessments and screening tests.
