CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our collaborative team of EMTs, Paramedics, and PAs / NPs. In this pivotal role, you will be the linchpin in coordinating patient care, managing escalations to higher levels of care, and ensuring injured construction workers remain productive while receiving appropriate treatment. Key Responsibilities :

  • Comprehensive Care Coordination : Develop and execute patient care plans that prioritize recovery while keeping injured workers on the job.
  • Team Collaboration : Partner with CAREonsite providers, clients, and insurance partners to deliver seamless care.
  • Case Management Expertise : Guide injured workers toward Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI) while fostering effective Return-to-Work opportunities.
  • Operational Support : Manage admissions, transfers, discharges, routine visits, and specialized appointments like MRIs or CT scans.
  • Regulatory Knowledge : Ensure compliance with Texas Workers’ Compensation guidelines, HIPAA, and Privacy Act laws.
