Pay Rate : $65 - $75 / hr
Schedule : Mon, Wed, Fri 7 : 00am - 4 : 00pm
Responsibilities :
As an Onsite Occupational Health Practitioner with CareOnSite, you will :
- Provide in-person occupational health services to the community.
- Perform therapeutic and minor surgical procedures, including injections, immunizations, suturing, Sub Q foreign body removal, simple foreign body removal of the eye / cornea, and burn care.
- Offer occupational medicine services, including DOT exams and the treatment of Worker's Compensation injuries.
- Conduct pre-participation physicals for employment purposes.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient charts.
- Document patient information in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Minimum Education and Experience :
