Specialty Services Technician – Graphic Design & eLearning Development

About the Role

As a Specialty Services Technician , you will play a key role in designing and developing Computer-Based Training (CBT) courses. From creating visually compelling graphics to recording and editing audio content, you will help bring training programs to life. You will also assist with compliance management, online course maintenance, and website design.

Key Responsibilities

eLearning Development :

• Create graphic displays and animations for CBT courses
• Design and format course materials
• Record, edit, and publish audio content for training modules
• Develop interactive and engaging eLearning experiences
• Utilize eLearning software to create learning modules to specification
• Implement basic gamification techniques for engaging training content
