 Director of Quality

Our company is seeking a Director of Quality who is a friendly professional with a strong background in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations

- Manage a team of quality control professionals to ensure that all products are inspected thoroughly and accurately

- Work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all products are manufactured in compliance with industry standards and regulations

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that all materials meet our quality standards

- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of quality control procedures and standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment

- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is a plus
