Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks using TIG, MIG, and STIG techniques as per project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications to execute precise welds.
- Set up and operate welding equipment and tools, ensuring proper calibration and function.
- Inspect welds for quality, making necessary adjustments to meet industry standards.
- Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and best practices in welding operations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment.
Requirements
