Role Overview
The Quality Control Technician supports continuous improvement initiatives and ensures compliance with safety and quality policies at Tangent Technologies. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet company and industry quality standards through testing, inspection, and documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Record and analyze test results and report any deviations or non-conformances.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using calibrated measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, tape measures).
- Maintain accurate and organized quality documentation, including inspection logs, test reports, and certifications.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and inspection methods.
