JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for planning and scheduling all maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of equipment and facilities. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing maintenance records, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Maintenance Scheduler reports to the Maintenance Manager and works closely with the maintenance team to support the overall goals of the organization.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and other departments to ensure timely

completion of maintenance tasks.

  • Monitor and track maintenance activities, ensuring all work is completed according to schedule
  • and within budget.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history,
  • and inventory levels.

  • Identify and prioritize maintenance needs based on equipment condition, usage, and criticality.
  • Support the growth of the business by ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.
  • REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to maintenance activities.
  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
