In our continued mission to deliver the best value, experience and opportunity for our communities, stakeholders and partners using customer insights and experience, we are seeking an AVP, Tenant Coordination who will be responsible for the overall supervision of the tenant coordination team, including training and development and managing the build-out of tenant spaces within an assigned property portfolio. This position will report directly to the Vice President, Design & Coordination with geographic flexibility to work remotely offered by Tanger's hub-and-spoke approach to a modern Teams-driven workplace.
About the Role :
We are looking for a Assistant Vice President of Tenant Coordination to oversee project delivery, budget performance, and team management, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and lease obligations. You manage tenant space planning, negotiate work letters, and maintain communication with tenants, property management, and leasing teams. You select vendors, prepare construction drawings, secure permits, and review budgets and contractor invoices. Additionally, you handle landlord drawing reviews and act as a liaison for new property developments, ensuring all stakeholders meet landlord delivery requirements.
We look to you as someone who demonstrates ownership and accountability for department performance and project outcomes while ensuring effective communication across all teams. Leading the Tenant Coordination team, you collaborate with Leasing, Legal, and Field teams to achieve goals, improve processes, and manage budgets. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and financial acumen are key in driving efficient project delivery and making informed decisions.
