If you have the ability to smile, to make great small talk and have an awareness to people's needs while multi-tasking, than you may be the perfect fit for Tangerine Salon Reservation Center.
What you will do:
- Answer phones and greet guest with a warm "Hello!"
- Educate guests on Tangerine services
- Efficiently schedule appointments for guests
- Pre-booking guests
- Route Calls to salon locations
- Communicate with guests and salons over texting
What success looks like:
- Happy, satisfied and well educated customers
- You are a person your team knows they can count on
Position Requirements:
- Full or Part time availability (20-40 hours a week)
- Must have some evening(2:30p-8:30p) and weekend availability (Saturdays 9a-5p)
- Comfortable with Apple software
- Hourly $16
