Part-Time Bartender

Location: Tanglewood Greens, Menomonie, WIReports To: Food & Beverage Manager

Job Overview:Tanglewood Greens is looking for an energetic and personable part-time bartender to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing a variety of beverages, and contributing to the welcoming atmosphere of our bar and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with legal drinking regulations and safety policies.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory tracking and replenishment of bar supplies.
• Support the team during events, golf tournaments, and busy service hours.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting with opening, closing, and general bar maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; we’re willing to train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of basic drink recipes and willingness to learn new techniques.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• A friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
