**Job Summary:**
As a Food Expeditor at Tangy Noodle, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient flow of orders from our kitchen to our eager customers. Your dedication to maintaining quality, precision in order coordination, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the continued success of our restaurant. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure that every bowl of noodles reaches the table in perfect form.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Order Coordination:** Serve as the bridge between the kitchen and the servers to guarantee that noodle orders are prepared and delivered promptly to the correct tables.

2. **Quality Control:** Inspect each noodle dish for accuracy, presentation, and temperature, ensuring they meet Tangy Noodle's high-quality standards before they are served.

3. **Timing:** Monitor order pacing to ensure that dishes for a table are prepared and served simultaneously, preventing any delays in service.

4. **Communication:** Effectively communicate any special customer requests, modifications, or dietary preferences to the kitchen staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. **Garnishing and Presentation:** Add the final touches, such as garnishes and sauces, to enhance the visual appeal of each noodle dish.

6. **Organization:** Maintain a well-organized workspace, ensuring that serving plates, bowls, and utensils are readily available for plating.

7. **Teamwork:** Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to address any order discrepancies or customer requests promptly and professionally.

8. **Cleanliness:** Uphold strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in the expediter area to ensure food safety.

9. **Customer Satisfaction:** Ensure that customers receive their orders accurately and promptly, addressing any concerns or requests with a friendly and accommodating attitude.

**Requirements:**

1. **Experience:** Previous experience as a Food Expeditor or in a similar role in a similar cuisine restaurant setting is preferred.

2. **Communication:** Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

3. **Attention to Detail:** A keen eye for detail to ensure that noodle dishes are prepared and presented accurately.

4. **Team Player:** Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain a harmonious work environment.

5. **Organizational Skills:** Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. **Customer Focus:** A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

7. **Flexibility:** Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule.
